Today is an exciting but bittersweet day in the history of Woodstock Chimes.

After 42 years in business, my wife, Diane, and I have decided the time is right to sell Woodstock Chimes to the ideal partner who can take our special company to the next level. That partner is Sullivans, a market leader in seasonal and all-occasion home décor.

Effective immediately, we have joined forces with Sullivans. While we are sad to depart the business we founded, we couldn’t be more thrilled about the future of Woodstock Chimes. For over 50 years, Sullivans has built a reputation for world class customer service and unique, high quality products that enable their customers to offer true product differentiation and distinctive assortments.

Woodstock Chimes will continue under the leadership of Stacey Bowers, current president, and remain headquartered in New York’s picturesque Hudson Valley. By merging with Sullivans, we will pull from a larger team that is dedicated to serving the needs of customers across the globe. Our goal is to continue to design and produce quality products that will delight consumers and add value for our retail partners.

We have begun to work on integrating the best of both businesses. There are many details still to be determined, but we can provide the following guidance to help you through the transition:

• For now, it’s business as usual. 
• Your orders will continue to ship out of our Shokan, NY, location.
• Please continue to remit payment in your standard manner. 
• Work with your existing sales and customer service contacts for all current matters.
• Should your contacts change in the future, we will communicate to you well in advance.
