Refurbishing services are available to customers in the U.S. and its territories.
Refurbishing is available for many of our Signature Collection Chimes. Depending on the style of the chime, we will clean the chime tubes, replace the wood and string parts, re-string the chime and ship it back to you for a fee. Tube replacement is not part of the refurbishing process. If any of your chime's tubes are damaged or missing you will be contacted by the refurbishing department to discuss your options.
We offer refurbishing on Signature Collection chimes with a wood top and clapper and our classic "paddle" windcatcher shape. Email us a picture of your chime and we'll let you know it can be refurbished. Refurbishing is not available for our Encore Chimes, but we do have repair parts available for these chimes. If you don't know what chime you have, please use the "Unknown" option on the RMA Form and fill in the information requested.
To initiate refurbishing service for your chime, please fill out our RMA Form. Once we have reviewed your request we will provide you with additional information, including a Return Authorization Number, shipping instructions and the exact cost to refurbish your Woodstock Chimes.
