Products manufactured by Woodstock Chimes are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes capiz, bamboo, glass, and coconut chimes and components, as well as damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to follow product care instructions.
This warranty is also void in the event of unauthorized repair or modification.
If a defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced. If the original item is no longer available, a product of equal value may be substituted.

To help your Woodstock Chimes sound their best, place them in an area where they can catch a gentle, steady breeze, ideally just outside of heavy tree cover or obstructions that can block airflow. Make sure the feather (the flat piece at the bottom) is free to move and positioned to catch the wind, and that the chime is hanging freely without touching walls, railings, or branches. If needed, a small adjustment to the sail height can help improve movement. With the right placement and a little airflow, your chime will naturally come to life with its signature, soothing tones.
While some of the literature included with your chime may reference refurbishment or restringing services, Woodstock Chimes does not currently offer these services.
Many customers find success restoring their chimes using readily available repair kits, including options on Amazon that are designed specifically for wind chimes. If you’d prefer not to tackle the repair yourself, a local woodworker or handyman may also be able to assist with restringing and minor restoration.
With a little care, your chime can often be brought back to life and enjoyed for years to come.
Your Water bell Fountain is designed to create a harmonious balance of water, movement, and sound. If that balance is off, a few simple adjustments, such as refining the water level, pump flow, or alignment, will quickly restore its performance. With proper setup, the fountain will deliver smooth motion and soothing tones that define the Woodstock experience.
Your gong is crafted from bronze in Wuhan, China. While bronze will not rust, it will naturally develop a patina over time, which may result in changes to its color and finish.
To help restore its appearance, we recommend gently cleaning and polishing the surface with a metal polish such as Brasso.
