Woodstock Music Collection Care & Cleaning

Woodstock Music Collection instruments are thoughtfully designed for durability, performance, and lasting enjoyment. With simple care, your instrument will continue to look and sound its best for years to come.

To clean, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. If needed, a mild detergent such as dishwashing soap may be used. Always dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Please note: If you are a daycare provider, school, or other institution, follow all state and local cleaning and sanitizing regulations applicable to your facility.

Musical instruments should never be immersed in water or placed in a dishwasher, as this may damage internal components or compromise the integrity of the materials. While sanitizing wipes and disinfectant sprays may be used occasionally, frequent use of harsh chemicals, solvents, or commercial cleaners should be avoided, as these may damage finishes and components over time.

Chimalongs are crafted with aluminum tubes for clear tone and long-lasting durability.

  • Clean by using a soft cloth for the tubes and wood parts
  • Avoid getting the songbook wet

Kids Accordion

Built for hands-on musical exploration, this instrument benefits from gentle care.

  • Wipe exterior with a soft, damp cloth
  • Do not allow moisture near buttons, keys, or internal components
  • Avoid compressing or expanding the bellows while wet
  • Store in a dry, temperature-controlled environment
