This wind chime is tuned to the beloved sounds of Johann Pachelbel's Canon in D, a popular wedding processional. Pachelbel, a prolific composer and an accomplished organist, wrote for the organ, harpsichord, and voice. His is one of his few chamber works known today. Like most other works by Pachelbel and other composers from the 1600s, the Canon remained forgotten for centuries and was rediscovered in the 20th century. Its graceful melody and stately tempo make it a popular choice for wedding processionals. This windchime is an ideal wedding present, for we hear the sounds of hope, joy, love, and promise within its measures.

This chime carries a lifetime tuning guarantee.

This chime was designed with a removable windcatcher that can be taken to a trophy shop, printer or jeweler to be engraved or silk-screened. Download windcatcher removal instructions here or watch a video here.
