| Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities include supervising all activities of the Customer Service Department including order entry, developing and maintaining customer relationships, customer service analysis, document control and performance reviews. The successful candidate must have outstanding leadership and communication skills along with the ability to analyze department policies and procedures. Excellent computer skills and five years experience in customer service and supervision is required. |
